The app serves as a practical tool during electoral events such as the 28th term election of deputies and presidential elections, offering a structured interface for recording and managing vote data. It enables users to track valid and invalid votes by displaying a list of political parties and candidates, allowing real-time adjustments to vote counts through intuitive controls.

Designed for use in polling stations, the app supports the accurate recording of ballots from the ballot box, helping ensure transparency and accountability in vote counting. It also provides a feature to cross-check the total number of votes cast against the number of registered voters, aiding in election integrity verification. The application supports the export of results via email, allowing users to share data with relevant systems or individuals. While the developer did not provide additional background on the organization behind the app, its functionality suggests a focus on civic engagement and democratic process support.

Real-world use cases include post-vote tallying in polling centers, audit verification, and voter monitoring. The app is particularly suited for individuals involved in election administration or those interested in observing and verifying electoral outcomes. Its mobile-first design makes it accessible in field environments where traditional paper-based systems may be less efficient.

Key Features & Capabilities

• Party and Candidate List Display – The app presents a comprehensive list of participating political parties and candidates, ensuring users can easily identify and select options during vote counting.
• Real-Time Vote Adjustment – Users can increment or decrement vote counts for each candidate or party, supporting both valid and invalid vote entries.
• Vote Tally and Total Tracking – The application automatically calculates and displays the total number of votes cast, helping maintain accurate records throughout the process.
• Comparison with Voter Count – It enables users to compare the total votes counted with the number of voters who participated, supporting consistency checks during audits.
• Result Export via Email – Completed vote results can be sent directly to the intelligent voter system or to any designated recipient, improving data sharing and transparency.

These features are particularly beneficial during high-stakes elections where speed, accuracy, and traceability are critical. For example, a polling officer can use the app to record votes immediately after ballot collection, reducing the risk of manual errors. An auditor may use the app to verify vote totals against voter lists, ensuring no discrepancies exist. The ability to export results via email supports rapid reporting and integration with larger electoral monitoring frameworks.
